At Out Now we believe in collective power
At Out Now we believe in collective power and our participation in the May Day / International
Workers of the World (each May 1st) march and rally in downtown Springfield was our show of
solidarity in our community at-large.
As a group of hundreds, we marched from the post office on Liberty St. down Main St for a rally
where we heard from organizers from Springfield No One Leaves, Neighbor to Neighbor, the
Western MA Area Labor Federation, among regular working people from our communities.
We were all there in protest of the current administration and the attacks on the queer community, the all-out assault on immigrant workers/communities and so many other workers and non-workers alike.
We understand that our struggles from the past are our struggles of today and for our futures and these futures belong to the working class, not the ruling class.
Take a look at our powerful and playful signs and if you are a member of the LGBTQIA+ community and age 22 and under join us as we fight for our rights and have some fun along the way!
